I wonder how much attention this will gather?

The power of media influence never ceases to amaze me when it comes to telling the mass public things. The Montreal Gazette shares this story, yet I wonder and ask myself questions like..

Will there be 24 hour coverage ?
Will there be the creative way of getting the 16 missing out ?
how can we make the miner's job safer?



I know its in China and the goverment is probably not going allow good or real reporting....but does the public care ? will every average Canadian know about this ?
