one day of the week should be dedicated to suit. make it casual wear it with no tie. Or even with a tee!
Wearing a T-shirt simply makes a great suit jacket look less rigid, less uptight. I personally like to wear a white loose-fitting crewneck tee—or one of those U-necks—but you can get away with anything. Or just a solid-color, and wear it with a structured jacket for a nice contrasts. The suit does not even have to match per-say - a contrast pant and jacket can work as well. Just be careful you don't go to far contrasting and look like a hobo.
